1. Data controller
The controller of the data collected through taxgiannitsa.gr is the accounting firm of Dimitrios Siakavaras. For any data protection matter you may contact us using the details shown on the Contact page.
2. What data we collect
Through the contact form we collect only what is needed to answer your request: full name, email address, telephone (optional), subject and the content of your message. The IP address from which the message was submitted is also recorded, solely as protection against automated messages.
We use no traffic analytics tools and no third-party advertising cookies.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process your details solely in order to answer your request, on the legal basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). If we subsequently work together, processing continues on the basis of performance of a contract and the legal obligations arising from tax and social security legislation.
4. Retention period
Contact messages are kept for as long as is needed to deal with the request and are deleted when they are no longer necessary. Clients’ accounting and tax records are kept for the period laid down by law.
5. Recipients
We do not sell and do not transmit personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Data is transmitted only to public authorities (AADE, EFKA, GEMI, ERGANI) where this is required to fulfil your obligations.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these, please contact us.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
7. Security
The website operates exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data you entrust to us.
